Privacy Policy
How we collect, use, and protect your family's information. Effective September 15, 2026.
The short version: we collect only what we need to run the club — who your player is, how to reach you, which sessions they attend, and whether their waiver is current. We do not sell your information, we do not advertise to you, and we never store your card number.
Who we are
Futsalismo FC is a youth futsal club based at 41610 Date St Ste 107, Murrieta, CA 92562. This policy covers our website at futsalismo.com and the family accounts, registrations, and check-ins that run on it. Questions go to info@futsalismofc.com.
Information we collect
Everything below is provided by a parent or guardian, or generated by coaches during normal club operations. We do not collect information directly from children.
- Parent or guardian account. Your name, email address, optional phone number, and a password stored only as a one-way cryptographic hash — we cannot read it
- Player profile. Your player's first and last name, date of birth, current club if you give one, and an optional profile photo you choose to upload
- Waivers. The signature you draw when accepting the liability waiver, the date signed, and the date it expires
- Program activity. Which programs and sessions you register for, which plan you bought, session credits used and remaining, coach check-ins, and the status tier those check-ins earn
- Payments. Our payment processor handles your card. We receive only a confirmation, the amount, and a reference code — the full card number never reaches our servers
- Google Sign-In (optional). If you choose to sign in with Google, Google sends us your name, email address, profile picture, and Google account ID. We never receive your Google password, and we request no access to Gmail, Drive, Contacts, or any other Google service
- Basic technical data. A secure session cookie that keeps you logged in, plus standard server logs our hosting provider keeps for security and reliability
How we use it
We use this information to create and secure your account, register players for sessions, confirm waivers are current, track attendance and remaining trainings, award status tiers, process payments, and contact you about the sessions your family is enrolled in. We also use aggregate, non-identifying counts — such as how many players attended a given night — to plan coaching staff and schedules.
We do not use your information for advertising, we do not sell or rent it, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Children's information
Player profiles describe minors, and we treat them accordingly. Only the parent or guardian who created the account can view or edit their own players, and club administrators can see player names, ages, waiver status, and attendance in order to run sessions safely. Player photos are visible only inside your family account and to club administrators — they are not published publicly by this website.
We collect a child's information only from a parent or guardian creating the account, never from the child directly. If you believe a child has provided us information without a parent's involvement, email us and we will delete it.
Who we share it with
- Coaches and club administrators. So they can check players in, confirm waivers, and manage rosters
- Our payment processor. To take payment for programs and drop-ins, under their own privacy policy
- Our hosting and database providers. Who store the site and its data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for anything else
- Our email delivery provider. Which sends the club's notification emails — a booking confirmation to a coach, for example — and sees only the address and message it is asked to deliver
- Legal authorities. Only if we are legally required to, or where necessary to protect the safety of a child or another person
How long we keep it
We keep account and player records for as long as your family is active with the club, and afterwards for as long as we need them for legitimate reasons — for example, keeping signed waivers and payment records on file for the period our insurer and applicable law require. When a retention period ends, we delete or anonymize the records.
Security
The site is served entirely over HTTPS. Passwords are stored using salted PBKDF2-SHA256 hashing and are never recoverable in plain text, even by us. Sessions use signed, HTTP-only cookies. Administrative functions are restricted to accounts we explicitly grant admin access to. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify affected families promptly if a breach ever puts their data at risk.
Your choices
- See and correct your data. Log in to your dashboard to view and edit your player profiles and account details at any time
- Delete a player. Removing a player from your dashboard also cancels their bookings
- Close your account. Email us and we will delete your account and associated player records, subject to the retention periods above
- Unlink Google. You can revoke this site's access at any time from your Google Account's security settings, then continue signing in with a password
- Ask us anything. Email info@futsalismofc.com with any privacy question or request and we will respond
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights — such as the right to request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it. We honor these requests for all families, wherever you are.
Cookies
We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site trackers, or third-party analytics that profile you.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information in a meaningful way, we will update this page and revise the effective date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
