Agreeing to these terms

By creating an account on futsalismo.com or registering a player for any Futsalismo FC program, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old and the parent or legal guardian of every player you register. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Your account

• Accurate information. Give us a real name, a working email address, and correct player details including date of birth — age determines which sessions a player is eligible for
• Keep it secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Choose a strong password, keep it private, and tell us right away if you think someone else has access
• One family per account. Add each of your own children as separate player profiles under a single account rather than sharing logins between families
• Google Sign-In. If you sign in with Google, keeping that Google account secure is your responsibility too

Registration, waivers, and eligibility

Every player must have a current signed liability waiver before participating. Waivers expire and must be re-signed; the site will show you when one is due. We may decline or cancel a registration if a waiver is missing or expired, if a player falls outside the age range for a session, or if a session is full.

Programs, plans, and pricing

Prices, session times, age groups, and locations are listed on the Programs and Schedule pages and may change. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay for that purchase.

• Monthly packages. A monthly package covers the calendar month you buy it in and expires on the last day of that month. Unused trainings do not carry over to the next month
• One training equals one day. If a player attends two sessions on the same day, that counts as a single training against the package
• Unlimited plans. Unlimited plans allow booking any session on the calendar that the player is age-eligible for, within the month purchased
• Drop-ins. Drop-in purchases cover the single date selected at checkout
• Recurring charges. If you switch on recurring billing, the plan renews each month until the end date shown. You can turn it off at any time from your dashboard, and the change applies to the next cycle
• Pay-per-night programs. Some programs are sold by the evening rather than by the month — an hour or the whole night, for the dates shown on the program page. A per-night booking covers that one date for that one player, does not draw on or extend any monthly package, and is included at no extra charge for players holding an Unlimited plan for that month
• Merchandise. Club merchandise bought on the site is paid for at checkout and collected at training. Made-to-order items take the number of business days shown on the product. Sizes and quantities are as chosen at checkout; contact us promptly if something is wrong with your order
• Discount codes. A discount code issued by the club applies once, to the account it was issued to, within its stated validity period, and cannot be transferred, combined, or exchanged for cash

Milestone rewards

As players attend sessions they progress through status tiers, and on reaching a new tier a family may be offered a spin of the club's prize wheel. This is a loyalty reward for attendance, not a purchase or a lottery: every spin awards a prize, no additional payment is required to spin, and the prizes on offer, their odds, and any caps are set by the club and may change. Prizes have no cash value, are not transferable, and are subject to availability; the club may substitute a prize of similar value. Discount-code prizes are subject to the discount code terms above. Physical prizes are collected at training.

Payment

Payment is processed by our third-party payment provider. We do not receive or store your full card number. You confirm you are authorized to use the payment method you provide, and you authorize the charge shown at checkout, including any recurring charges you have enabled.

Cancellations, refunds, and missed sessions

Missed sessions are not automatically refunded or credited, and package trainings do not extend past the month. If circumstances warrant — injury, illness, relocation, or a session the club cancels — contact us and we will work with you in good faith on a credit or refund. The club may cancel or reschedule a session for weather, facility availability, or safety; where a club cancellation costs you a training, we will credit it.

Conduct

We expect players, parents, and spectators to treat coaches, officials, opponents, and facilities with respect. Abusive language, violence, harassment, discrimination, or damage to a facility may result in removal from a session, suspension, or termination of your account, without refund in serious cases. Facility rules apply whenever we are a guest at a venue.

Photography

The club sometimes photographs or films sessions and events for coaching and promotional purposes. If you prefer that your player not appear in publicly shared material, email us and we will honor that.

Assumption of risk

Futsal is a physical sport, and participation carries an inherent risk of injury. The liability waiver you sign in your account sets out those risks in full, and that waiver governs. Please make sure your player is medically fit to participate and tell coaches about any condition they should know about.

The website itself

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it as is and cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Schedules and availability shown online may occasionally lag reality; when there is a conflict, what the club confirms directly controls. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features of the site.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Futsalismo FC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Content and trademarks

The Futsalismo FC name, crest, photography, and site content belong to the club or its licensors. Please do not copy or reuse them commercially without permission. Anything you upload — such as a player photo — remains yours; you grant us permission to display it inside the site for the purpose of running the club.

Ending your use

You can stop using the site and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, is used fraudulently, or puts other participants at risk. Sections that by their nature should survive — payment obligations, assumption of risk, limitations of liability — continue to apply after an account closes.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we make a material change we will update this page and the effective date above. Continuing to use the site or register players after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any dispute will be handled in the courts serving Riverside County, California.
